I believe that life is best lived when you are feeling inspired. However, at various stages in life and for various reasons, we lose that feeling.

We struggle to define what motivates us or drives us in life. Or what once did no longer does.

Whatever it is that inspires you, if you’ve lost touch with it or if it comes second to the life you feel pressured to follow, this blog hopes to help you get your inspiration back.

Set your intention for the week. ⁠

You already know I'm a big believer in end of month/beginning of the month reflection exercises. Even if your process is super simple -- take 5 minutes out of your day to reflect. ⁠

Comparing yourself, imitating others - it can help you grow to a certain extent, but it becomes unhealthy pretty fast. ⁠

I definitely believe that the best way to conquer what you’re afraid of is to DO more of it. Face it head on. You start to get more comfortable and better at it, and that translates into more confidence.
