Comparing yourself, imitating others - it can help you grow to a certain extent, but it becomes unhealthy pretty fast. ⁠
I definitely believe that the best way to conquer what you’re afraid of is to DO more of it. Face it head on. You start to get more comfortable and better at it, and that translates into more confidence.
